Week 2-2 Eco-buildings

Week 2-2 Eco-buildings

Today I want to talk about a building that impressed me when I was studying in Fukuoka. Its name is ACROS Fukuoka Foundation Building and is regarded as the pride of Fukuoka. The main reason why this building is called a sustainable building is that its interior design is a huge atrium, so that the entire building is immersed in natural light, so it can save a lot of energy consumption.
In addition, the building has a very good point. It has a systematic drainage design that allows the water source to be naturally irrigated from the top of the building. In the process, the vegetation around the building can also be irrigated.
Today, more and more architects pay attention to green building design. For the long-term development of the building itself, on the one hand, it can contribute to saving energy, on the other hand, it can add green to the city.
